House of Representatives:
- Will consist of one representative for every ten percent (10%) of the total population of the province, according to the figures emerging from the national census be updated therefore that representation when updated census data.
- The office of Representative shall be exercised by an Argentine citizen with more than twenty (21) years of age and over five (5) years of residence in the province, or by a foreigner who has opted for citizenship in Argentina, with more than twenty (25) years of residence in the sovereign territory of the Nation, of which the last five (5) have been in the province.
