PROPOSED REFORM AND INSTITUTIONAL GEOPOLITICS
In principle we philosophically self-defined in relation to what will be our way of life. I think what has been mentioned by a former president is sufficiently clear, this is "participatory democracy, social Westernization, respect for human rights, nonviolence, freedom of life with their respective social regulation."
Once this is done is that we are able to choose rules of life in common.
