4 - JUDICIAL BRANCH OF THE NATION.

shall consist of a Supreme Court Justice by the lower courts as Congress may establish in the sovereign territory of the Nation and a Council of Magistracy.
- To become a member of the Supreme Court and Judge of the Nation, you must be a citizen of Argentina with more than twenty (21) years of residence in the sovereign territory of the Nation, or a foreigner who has chosen citizenship in Argentina, with over twenty-five (25) years of residence in the sovereign territory of the Nation, who also is attorney for the Nation, with eight (8) years of practice.
- The office of members of the Supreme Court and Judges of the Nation, will last a maximum of fifteen (15) years.
- The Supreme Court shall consist of seven (7) members. Each of its members representing each of the six (6) Regions and one shall represent the Bar of the Nation.
- Each of the six (6) representatives of the Regions shall be elected by the Regional Executive with the approval of the Regional Council of Citizens drawn from a list provided by political parties with representation in each of the legislative chambers of each of the four (4) provinces comprising the region.
- The Member of the Bar of the Nation shall be elected by that body as determined, considering that their choice should involve all of the Bar of the Nation.
- The members of the Supreme Court representing each of the six (6) Regions party will be renewed every five years and the member representing the Bar of the Nation shall hold office for the total fifteen (15) years.
- None of the members of the Supreme Court may be re-elected until two (2) post-effective periods and individually exercised and may not also be elected to any elective office by a period equal to that exerted by the effective and individual.
- In the rest will be governed as it is today, considering the changes involving the operation of the system outlined here.
- The Judicial Council will only comptroller functions of the management of judges and will be the only body that can dismiss a previous process of "jury."
- The Judicial Council shall consist of seven (7) members directly elected by each Regional Citizens' Councils and Bar Associations of the Nation, lasting in its mandates for life or until the respective body that elected him have his dismissal and replacement by another member.
