3 - LEGISLATIVE POWER OF THE NATION.

shall consist of a House of Representatives and Senate.
a) House Representatives:
- shall consist of one representative for every ten percent (10%) of the total population according to the figures emerging from the national census be updated therefore that representation when updated census data.
- The office of Representative shall be exercised by an Argentine citizen with more than twenty (21) years of residence in the sovereign territory of the Nation, or by a foreigner who has opted for citizenship in Argentina, with over twenty-five (25) years residence in the sovereign territory of the Nation.
- His mandate will last a maximum of four (4) years and at least one (1) year.
- Elected directly by popular vote, considering that end the current territorial division of municipal and electoral district, unable to participate in the election together with those involved to other elected positions, and have to be run individually and separate from those.
- The position will be filled by whoever gets the simple majority of votes cast legitimately nonzero.
- The total membership of the House of Representatives will be renewed each year by quarter.

- In the rest will be governed as it is today, considering the changes involving the operation of the system outlined here.

b) Senate:
- shall consist of fifty-four (54) members. Five (5) for each of the six (6) Regions and one (1) for each of the four (24) Provinces.
- The office of Senator shall be exercised by a citizen of Argentina with more than twenty (21) years of residence in the sovereign territory of the Nation, or by a foreigner who has opted for citizenship in Argentina, with over twenty-five (25) years of residence in the sovereign territory of the Nation.
- His mandate will last a maximum of ten (10) years and at least two (2) years.
- Senator representing each of the four (24) provinces, is elected directly by popular vote, considering that end the current division provincial and territorial electoral district, unable to participate in the election in conjunction with those involved for other elected positions, and have to be run individually and separate from those.
- The position will be filled by whoever gets the simple majority of votes cast legitimately nonzero.
- Five (5) Senators representing each of the six (6) Regions shall be elected by the Regional Executive with the approval of the Regional Council of Citizens, drawn from a list provided by political parties with representation in each of the legislative chambers of each the four (4) provinces comprising the region.
- The total membership of the Senate of the Nation shall be renewed every two fifths (2) years.
- No re-elected until two (2) periods following the effective and individually served as Senator, can not also be elected to any elective office in the immediate period following that held office Representative effectively and individually.
