- Prepares and submits to the President of the Nation, a list of candidates for the posts of Ministers shall propose three (3) candidates for each ministry to cover, selecting them from the list for that purpose to provide the House Representatives of the Nation.
- The body that oversees the administrative and executive power of the Executive Branch, giving immediate intervention to the Attorney General if it finds irregularities.
- Prepares and submits to the Cabinet of Ministers and the Executive Branch it considers appropriate solution for the various national issues, having the right to obtain a scientific-technical response regarding acceptance or rejection of their proposals, as well as the changes that the Executive deems necessary to enter.
- The body of general administration and control of social assistance, the authorities or bodies established or future inherent in the pension system and the entire health system and health of people.
